WHAT IS ‘VOICE OF THE CHILD’ ?

In New Zealand FDR, the “voice of the child” ensures that a child’s views, needs, and experiences are thoughtfully considered in mediation. This is usually shared through a trained professional, helping keep decisions focused on the child’s best interests.
